Program Delivery Manager with a leading Telco client (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

FinXL is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a 12-month contract in Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the delivery of a network program
• Manage complex regulatory coordination activities within strict timelines
• Provide advanced stakeholder leadership to align and negotiate outcomes across varied groups
• Influence and guide project delivery across both technical and non-technical audiences

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a Program Manager or Senior Delivery Manager within complex environments
• Demonstrated experience working within a highly regulated industry sector
• Good understanding of network environments or telco infrastructure
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage strict regulatory timelines
• Strong background in stakeholder leadership and cross-industry collaboration
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills

Engagement Details

• 12 months contract with a Telco client
• Hybrid working model with 3 days/ week in the office in Macquarie Park
