Johnson’s Trucks has proudly served the region for over 40 years, and we’re looking for our next Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This isn’t a role where you’ll sit behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys building relationships, and isn’t afraid to get out and meet customers face-to-face.
Truck industry experience is not essential. We’ll teach you the products. What we can’t teach is enthusiasm, work ethic, and a genuine desire to help customers while growing sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Parts Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for growing our parts business and building strong relationships with customers throughout the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively selling truck and trailer parts to new and existing customers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Visiting customers and understanding their businesses and requirements
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share
- Following up quotes and sales opportunities
- Working closely with our parts and service teams
- Assisting customers with parts enquiries and solutions
- Developing new business opportunities throughout the region
- Achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
- Representing Johnson’s Trucks professionally within the industry
