Operations Coordinator
Mobile Attendant Care Service (MACS)
Be part of something new. Build something that matters.
After 34 years of delivering innovative disability support across Brisbane, Mobile Attendant Care Service (MACS) is expanding to the Gold Coast.
This is a rare opportunity to join our leadership team at the beginning of an exciting new chapter. You'll play a key role in establishing our Gold Coast operations and building a high-performing local team
About MACS
MACS is not your typical disability provider.
We specialise in mobile overnight drop-in and on-call support for people with physical disabilities. Rather than providing traditional block shifts, our teams travel between participants' homes delivering short, responsive supports throughout the night and day.
Whether it's assistance with personal care, medication, transfers or responding to an unplanned support need, our service helps participants maintain their independence while making the most of their NDIS funding.
It's an innovative model that has been supporting Queenslanders for over 34 years, and we're excited to launch on the Gold Coast from 10 August 2026.

Building relationships with hospitals, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals
Representing MACS at networking events and expos
Participating in the after-hours on-call roster
Supporting the successful growth of our Gold Coast service

Why Join MACS?
At MACS, we're proud to do things differently.

If you're looking for more than just a job if you're looking to build something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.
