About the role

Our Superannuation client is seeking a Premium Relationship Manager to join its Service Operations team, supporting a portfolio of high-net-worth members and their families.

You'll act as a dedicated relationship manager for a portfolio of premium members, providing a highly personalised service experience while helping members navigate important financial and retirement decisions.

Working within a close-knit team of specialists, you'll develop trusted relationships, identify opportunities to improve member outcomes and play a key role in retaining and growing valuable member relationships.

Key responsibilities include

  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with premium members -engaging proactively through phone, email and virtual or in-office appointments.
  • Managing member engagement across key life stages including pre-retirement and retirement
  • Delivering proactive outreach and tailored member support
  • Providing factual information and general advice within RG146 authority limits
  • Identifying opportunities for additional contributions, fund consolidation and retirement products
  • Referring members to financial planning and specialist services where appropriate
  • Supporting retention initiatives and helping members maximise the value of their membership
  • Maintaining high-quality records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless member experience

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys relationship building and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.

You'll bring

  • RG146 qualification or a Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Experience within superannuation, wealth management, financial planning or insurance
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients, members or customers
  • Confidence discussing superannuation, retirement and insurance concepts
  • Motivated by hitting KPI's and targets with a proactive and commercially minded approach
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • The ability to balance member outcomes with business objectives and compliance requirements
