Sailpoint Support Specialist(L2/L3)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced L3 SailPoint Support Specialist to provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and administration of SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ /IDL, identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and integrations with enterprise applications and directories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)/SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow)/Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) platform and related IAM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, defects, and performance issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
  • Support identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
  • Manage access requests, certifications, role management, and provisioning activities.
  • Monitor SailPoint platform health and ensure system availability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, and connectors.
  • Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and infrastructure teams for integrations and issue resolution.
  • Support onboarding of new applications and identity sources.
  • Participate in production deployments, upgrades, patching, and release management activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)/SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow)/Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM).
  • Experience providing L2/L3 production support in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of identity governance, access certification, role management, and provisioning.
  • Experience with SailPoint workflows, rules, tasks, forms, and debugging.
  • Strong understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise authentication systems.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems, databases, cloud applications, and enterprise platforms.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell scripting, XML, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ certifications.
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)/SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow)/Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or managed services environments.
