I'm partnering exclusively with a well-known global organisation operating across multiple international markets to find their first ever dedicated Head of Marketing Technology. This role exists because the business has grown to a point where the MarTech function deserves its own strategic owner - and that's exactly what you'll be.

THE ROLE

You'll own the global MarTech roadmap across multiple brands and markets. That means governing a significant platform portfolio, managing vendor contracts and renewals, defining integration requirements for data and engineering teams, and proving to senior leadership that every dollar spent on technology is delivering a commercial return. You'll have a direct line to the CMO and present ROI outcomes at executive level.

This is a senior individual contributor role - no team to manage, but real ownership and real accountability.

YOU'LL NEED

Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience — this is non-negotiable

Proven ownership of a MarTech stack in a B2B environment

Vendor management and procurement experience at scale

Strong understanding of data integration and how platforms connect

Commercial accountability — CPL, MQL, SQL, CAC, attribution

Brisbane-based or genuinely open to relocating

$160,000 – $190,000

Brisbane CBD - in office 5 days initially, ~3 days once settled
