SustainHealth Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and energetic podiatrist to join a dynamic and progressive team in Canberra.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly respected private practice with a sports and biomechanics focus, alongside an experienced team with strong core values. This role offers exceptional mentoring, career progression, and earning potential.

The Role

You will be attending to a broad range of patients with a strong emphasis on:

• Sports podiatry and biomechanics
• Elite athlete management
• Musculoskeletal treatment plans
• Orthotic therapy
• Paediatrics
• Diabetes care
• Nail surgery
• Modern treatment modalities including shockwave therapy

Approximately 70-75% of the caseload involves sports and biomechanical presentations. They also have extensive experience treating Australian Defence Force members and have proudly supported ADF personnel for over 13 years.

In addition, you will be part of the podiatry teams supporting various elite sporting organisations.

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
• A tertiary qualification in podiatry
• A genuine passion for biomechanics and sports podiatry
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Podiatrist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong report writing skills
• Motivation to continually learn and grow professionally
• A current driver's licence
