We partner with schools to help teachers lift engagement and deepen understanding through curriculum-aligned VR learning.
The opportunity
As our National Manager of Educational Partnerships, you’ll own the growth of edgedVR’s school partnerships across Australia. You’ll lead the full relationship journey, from prospecting and discovery to pilots, adoption and renewal—helping schools and teachers confidently adopt VR as part of everyday teaching and learning.
What you’ll do
· Build and execute a national school partnership plan (pipeline, targets, conversion, and retention).
· Engage key decision-makers across primary and secondary schools (principals, leadership teams, ICT leaders, heads of learning areas, and classroom teachers).
· Run compelling demonstrations and presentations that translate VR capability into learning impact.
· Lead pilot programs and adoption plans in partnership with educators, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
· Work with marketing to design and deliver campaigns, events and outreach that generate qualified school leads.
· Leverage your existing EdTech network and develop new referral channels and partnerships.
· Capture voice-of-school insights to inform product, content roadmap and customer success improvements.
· Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM; report weekly on progress, risks and wins.
· Represent edgedVR at conferences and school events nationally.
What you’ll bring
· Proven experience selling or partnering with schools (EdTech, education publishers, learning platforms, devices, or related solutions).
· Strong knowledge of the Australian school landscape and purchasing/procurement cycles.
· Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and building trust with educators.
· Commercial discipline: pipeline management, forecasting, and closing.
· Ability to translate product features into clear educational outcomes and value.
· High-quality written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to groups.
· Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team.
· Willingness to travel nationally as required.
Bonus points for
· Existing network across Australian school leaders, sector bodies, or education associations.
· Experience selling innovative/early-stage products and guiding customers through change management.
· Experience with teacher professional learning, onboarding, or implementation.
· Experience selling into Government, Catholic and Independent systems.

Location & travel
Australia-wide. Travel will be required for school visits, demonstrations and events.
Child safety
This role involves working in school environments. The successful candidate will be required to hold (or obtain) a relevant Working With Children Check for their state/territory prior to commencing school-based work.
