Your first project will be a complex commercial build in Melbourne's CBD. This is a live project that started as a $10 million project and, due to the level at which this builder has performed, has expanded into a $30 million project, rapidly approaching $40 million. Once completed, you will move on to multiple high-end single dwellings, priced at circa $10 million, in the bayside area.

You'll work alongside an experienced Project Manager and Construction Manager who have been with the business for the best part of a decade. It's an environment where people are trusted to do their job, supported when needed and given the opportunity to contribute. This isn't a role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines. You'll be a valued part of the project team from day one.

Your week will be evenly split between being based on site 2-3 days and then in the office for the remainder.

To be successful, you'll have a minimum of 3-4 years of Contract Administration experience working on the builder side. It's important to note that purely civil or volume residential experience will not be considered.

The salary is up to $140k + super, depending on your experience.
