About the Role

As our HR Systems Administrator, you will take ownership of our HR and payroll platform (Employment Hero), ensuring it operates effectively and supports the full employee lifecycle.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for maintaining robust systems, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements across HR and payroll processes.

You will play a critical role in:

  • Managing onboarding and compliance across both F9 and client requirements
  • Supporting payroll processes and legislative compliance
  • Coordinating visa applications and maintaining work rights records
  • Working with Directors to support consistent and structured engagement with staff

This role is ideally suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently, with strong attention to detail and a systems mindset.

Working Arrangements

This is an office-based role in the Perth CBD, requiring approximately two days per week with flexibility in hours.

Attendance on Tuesdays is essential to support payroll preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the internal SME for HR and payroll systems (Employment Hero)
  • Manage onboarding workflows and compliance across internal and client requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll processing
  • Coordinate visa applications and monitor ongoing compliance obligations
  • Support reporting, process improvement, and system optimisation
  • Assist with staff engagement initiatives and internal communications

About You

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in HR systems administration ( Employment Hero highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment and payroll compliance
  • Experience managing onboarding, compliance, and employee data
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on improving systems and processes

Exposure to visa coordination, FIFO/project environments, or client-based onboarding will be highly regarded.
