An established and highly respected real estate agency in Parramatta is seeking an experienced Sales Agent to join their growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven standalone agent looking for a fresh environment, greater flexibility, and the ability to maximise their earning potential while being supported by an established brand and experienced leadership team.

With a generous 50/50 commission split, this role is designed for agents who have already demonstrated success and are ready to take their business to the next level.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline while continuing to grow your presence within the local market.

You will:

  • Generate new business opportunities and listing appointments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Conduct appraisals, open homes, and private inspections
  • Negotiate and manage property sales from listing through to settlement
  • Prospect consistently and nurture your database
  • Represent the agency professionally within the local community
  • Work autonomously while collaborating with the wider team

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience as a standalone Sales Agent
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence, or Class 1 Licence
  • Proven average annual GCI of approximately $200K+
  • Consistent track record of 20+ property sales per year
  • Strong listing, negotiation, and prospecting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Professional presentation and strong work ethic
  • A desire to continue building and scaling your real estate career
