Altitude EA is partnering with a highly respected founder-led organisation to appoint an exceptional Executive Business Partner to support two accomplished founders across a diverse portfolio of business, philanthropic and personal interests.
Based in Cottesloe, this is a rare opportunity to become a trusted extension of the founders, operating at the intersection of executive support, stakeholder engagement, project coordination and premium service delivery.
This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role.
We are seeking a commercially astute, highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, exercises sound judgement and takes genuine pride in creating exceptional experiences for others.
The Opportunity
Supporting the founders across a broad and dynamic portfolio, you will be responsible for:
• Complex diary, inbox and stakeholder management
• Coordinating domestic and international travel
• Project and decision tracking across multiple priorities
• Supporting philanthropic, governance and community initiatives
• Managing events, meetings and high-level stakeholder interactions
• Coordinating personal and family logistics
• Acting as a trusted gatekeeper/gateway and representative of the founders
This role requires someone who can seamlessly move between business and personal matters, confidently navigate ambiguity and anticipate needs before they arise.
Who You Are
You are an experienced Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, Family Office professional or Private PA who is known for your discretion, professionalism and ability to think several steps ahead.
You bring
• Experience supporting founders, entrepreneurs, senior executives or high-profile individuals
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong judgement and decision-making capability
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• A calm and composed approach under pressure
• The ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Most importantly, you understand service.
You naturally create positive experiences for stakeholders, visitors and guests, bringing a genuine hospitality mindset to every interaction. You understand that exceptional support is not just about execution - it is about anticipating needs, creating confidence and ensuring people feel valued.
