Key Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical lead, guiding installation standards, maintenance practices, and system performance.
• Influence and manage subcontractor output to ensure all work meets compliance and quality expectations.
• Maintain safe work practices and consistent operational procedures across all service functions.
• Work with senior management to streamline processes and lift operational efficiency.
• Ensure all interactions and service outcomes reflect a high standard of professionalism and customer care.
