WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

As a Senior Paid Social Account Manager you will be responsible for the strategic direction and performance of all paid social campaigns across your clients. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders across media creative and brand teams to ensure paid social is tightly integrated into broader media strategy. You will manage and mentor a high-performing team overseeing workflow quality control and development plans while fostering a collaborative high-output culture. Your day-to-day will include high-level client communication campaign strategy planning forecasting reporting and innovation across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms. You will also play a key role in new business development and help shape the agency’s paid social offering across market sectors.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?...

• 4 to 6 years of paid social experience within a media or digital agency environment
• Proven leadership in strategic planning and client relationship management
• Hands-on and strategic experience across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads and other platforms
• Strong understanding of social media metrics performance planning and budget allocation
• Excellent team management stakeholder engagement and communication skills
