An established and highly regarded residential construction business is seeking an experienced Regional Warranty Manager to lead its warranty operations across a major Victorian region.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a technically strong construction professional who enjoys developing people, resolving complex building matters and driving continuous improvement across a large residential portfolio.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee a team of Warranty Site Managers, providing leadership, technical guidance and operational direction while ensuring outstanding customer outcomes, expenditure control and quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Warranty Site Managers
- Manage complex warranty claims, customer escalations and dispute resolution
- Provide technical guidance on residential construction defects and rectification works
- Monitor regional warranty expenditure and drive cost accountability
- Identify recurring defects, emerging risks and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with customers, trades, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across the team
About You
- Trade qualification or strong residential construction experience
- Sound knowledge of residential building defects and warranty processes
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with experience managing costs and budgets
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
