We are currently assisting a prominent, accounting and advisory firm, to appoint a new Partner for its Accounting and Tax (Business Advisory) practice. The firm is on a growth trajectory and a senior person is required to add leadership and capacity to the teams and to service clients in the Armidale and New England area. This is an exceptional opportunity and different from most, due to the unique and flexible way that the firm operates.
As a Partner you will play a pivotal role in advancing the business strategy and driving the firm's growth. You will be a dynamic leader with a strong growth mindset who is passionate about innovation, client relationship cultivation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this key leadership role, you will identify and seize new business opportunities, serve clients and mentor teams to deliver exceptional client service.
We are seeking a client-focused, dynamic accounting & tax leader, with a strong growth mindset who is passionate about innovation, client relationship cultivation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• 8+ years’ experience in delivering quality Accounting & Tax services.
• A good network and an ability to build and manage a strong practice.
• Business development aptitude, with the potential to source and convert new business.
• Familiarity with ‘mid-market’ clients, along with SMEs and high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and lead more junior people.
• Ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Driven and pro-active, with an ‘entrepreneurial mindset’.
• Local candidates would be ideal, but there is reasonable flexibility around where the candidate resides within the local region.
