The Test Lead will be responsible for test strategy, governance, and hands-on automation delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for supply chain cloud migration initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in test leadership + hands-on automation
• Tools: Playwright, Selenium, Java/TypeScript
• Experience in cloud migration / integration-heavy systems
• Strong understanding of API, microservices, and distributed systems
• Stakeholder management and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities-

Test Leadership

• Define and drive test strategy, approach, and governance
• Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle (planning, execution, reporting)
• Ensure test coverage targets (functional + automation coverage)
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business, dev, and release teams
• Track defects, risks, and quality metrics

Hands-on Automation

• Design and build automation frameworks from scratch
• Automate UI + API + integration test cases
• Ensure regression suite stability and execution
• Support CI/CD integration and continuous testing
• Maintain test artefacts – Test Plan, Strategy, Reports
