The Opportunity
MASPRO has strong foundations, a world-class engineering capability, and ambitious growth plans. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, we are looking for a leader who can bring greater strategic alignment and commercial focus to our industry relationships.
- You will play a key role in expanding MASPRO’ s market presence by coordinating marketing activities, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives across Australia and selected international markets.
- Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Sales and senior leadership team, you will lead initiatives that expand MASPRO's market presence and industry influence. This includes developing strategic partnerships, coordinating industry events, identifying editorial and thought leadership opportunities, supporting above-the-line marketing activities, and managing sponsorship investments.
- Importantly, you will ensure these activities are approached through a commercial lens, with a focus on measurable ROI, market influence, relationship development and alignment to MASPRO's broader growth objectives.
- You will help define how partnerships support growth, innovation and our "Built to Outperform" brand promise while directly influencing market positioning and long term business strategy.
The Type of Professional We’re Looking For
- You have likely built your career within mining services, METS, heavy equipment, or related industrial environments.
- You enjoy the "why" behind the "what." You’re comfortable with data and can clearly articulate the commercial value of marketing and partnership activity.
- You will ideally have International market experience across multiple regions.
- You know how to build professional credibility with technical teams and executive level stakeholders.
- You understand that partnerships exist to solve business problems and drive commercial outcomes.
- You have experience leading or co-ordinating events, PR and Industry engagement programs with commercial outcomes attached.
- You understand that industry engagement is not simply about visibility. You know how to evaluate opportunities, prioritise investment, and ensure events, sponsorships, partnerships and marketing initiatives contribute to business development, brand strength and long-term commercial growth.
- You are a connector who builds trust and creates momentum.

Within the first 12-18 months, you will have:
- Elevated MASPRO's reputation for Australian engineering excellence across the global mining sector, particularly within Southeast Asia and Indonesia.
- Developed and executed a strategic industry engagement framework aligned to MASPRO's growth objectives.
- Established a clear and measurable approach to partnership, sponsorship and event ROI.
- Increased MASPRO's visibility and influence through targeted industry partnerships, thought leadership and market-facing initiatives.
- Positioned industry engagement and partnerships as a meaningful contributor to the sales and marketing pipeline.
- Strengthened relationships across key industry bodies, customers, OEMs and strategic stakeholders that support long term market growth.

Location & Travel
This role is based in Perth, WA with a hybrid working model that reflects our commitment to flexibility. Regular engagement with our local teams and industry stakeholders is essential. Occasional travel will be required.
