This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and reliable technology experience across Charter Hall, enabling our people to perform at their best every day. By improving how technology supports the business, reducing disruption and driving efficient, well-governed operations, the IT Service Delivery Analyst helps strengthen productivity, support our growth and ensure we continue to operate in a scalable and resilient way.
How you’ll make an impact
- Lift employee productivity through smarter use of technology – coaching teams on tools and unlocking better ways of working across the business.
- Minimise disruption and downtime – proactively monitoring and resolving issues before they impact people, ensuring a seamless day-to-day experience.
- Deliver a high-quality, human-centred service desk experience – making it easy for employees to get support and enabling them to stay focused on what matters.
- Strengthen operational resilience and compliance – managing risk and governance effectively to protect the business while enabling efficiency and scale.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.
- Experience in partnering with 3rd party vendors and IT service providers.
- Solid understanding of the core ITIL processes (ITIL certified preferred).
- Listens to others’ needs and enthusiastically experiments with ways of innovating in a disciplined and purposeful way.
- Builds trust with our people and customers and can translate highly technical concepts.
- Solves high impact issues before they turn into problems and looks to solve for root causes.
