About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Software Architect / Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications in a modern cloud-native environment. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong architecture, development, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

  • Docker, Kubernetes, and Containerization
  • AKKA Framework and Distributed Systems
  • Swagger / AsyncAPI and API Design
  • Agile Delivery & Software Development Lifecycle
  • Figma, Wireframing, and UI/UX Concepts
  • AI Development Tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar)

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of software development and solution architecture experience.
  • Strong hands-on development experience using C# and .NET technologies.
  • Experience building microservices-based and event-driven applications.
  • Expertise in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, messaging platforms, and scalable application design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
  • Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical governance activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, and data flows.
  • Drive development activities, code quality, testing, and deployment standards.
  • Lead Agile planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
  • Resolve technical challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Present technical solutions and project progress to stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or mining technology environments is highly regarded.
