National Sales Manager – Healthcare / Dental Sector

An opportunity to step into a senior field-based leadership position, guiding a nationwide team of sales professionals and shaping commercial outcomes across Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, spending real time in market with their team, building capability, and driving consistent performance across a distributed sales network.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Leading and developing a national team of sales representatives
  • Driving revenue growth through strong execution and clear sales direction
  • Setting expectations, KPIs, and rhythms that keep performance on track
  • Coaching reps in the field and building confidence, capability, and accountability
  • Managing and growing key customer relationships across a predominantly dental customer base
  • Using sales insights and market feedback to refine strategy and identify new opportunities
  • Supporting product rollouts, campaigns, and industry events

  • A motivated, high-performing team delivering against targets
  • Strong visibility across pipeline, activity, and conversion metrics
  • Consistent coaching and development happening in the field
  • Growth in key accounts and expansion into new opportunities

About you

  • Experienced sales leader with a track record of improving team performance
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on field leadership
  • Strong communicator who can coach, challenge, and support effectively
  • Commercially sharp, data-aware, and outcomes-driven
  • Willing to travel interstate regularly and stay close to customers and the team

Working style & package

  • Mix of office time (1–2 days per week), field travel, and remote flexibility
  • Approximately one week of interstate travel per month
  • Base salary, vehicle allowance, and performance-based incentives
