Client Services Administrator

Due to internal promotion a great opportunity has arisen within the client services team within this Award winning growing Mid-tier CBD based Public Practice to join a friendly team where you will be managing ASIC & Client documentation supporting all client administration & document management.

Key Day To Day Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the team & clients.
  • Prepare job pack ups for financial statements, income tax returns & activity statements
  • Draft engagement letters & other client correspondence.
  • Client onboarding, offboarding and maintaining client databases.
  • Liaise with the ATO to organise lodgement deferrals, & payment arrangements.
  • Establish new company & trusts
  • Managing ASIC and corporate secretarial requirements
  • Maintaining client company registers and internal documents
  • Coordinate appointments with clients

Skills & experience to be successful:

  • Experience as an Administrator or Client Services Coordinator in a Public Practice professional services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
