About The Role
- The Administration Officer is a critical member of the Professional and Operational Team. The role is primarily responsible for:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the academic team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate key academic processes and support systems
- Manage and maintain communication with families regarding academic programs, events, and student support.
- Assist with planning and administration of excursions, events, and timetabling.
- Support the Learning Support team across P - 12 with administration
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Communications Officer and administrative staff.
- Upholds the school’s duty of care by facilitating accurate data, engagement, and student support.

Essentials
- Tertiary qualifications or at least 2 years’ experience in administration or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively and empathetically with students and parents/carers
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- First aid certificate
- Working with children check (or willingness to obtain)
Experience
- Proven experience in administration, compliance, or student support.
- High attention to detail, particularly in data entry, compliance, and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated understanding of government compliance requirements in the school context.
