A growing Australian-owned freight forwarder is looking for a Senior Import Operator / Account Manager to join their Sydney team.

With a strong customer base across China and the broader Asian market, they're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing their own accounts, and being part of a business where good work doesn't go unnoticed.

About the Role

• Manage import shipments from booking through to final delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
• Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, transport providers, and customs teams
• Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive updates to clients
• Maintain accurate shipment records and job information within CargoWise
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a high level of service

About You

• 2+ years' experience in freight forwarding operations or customer service
• Strong understanding of import forwarding processes
• CargoWise experience
