Join our dedicated Community Nursing team and help improve the health and wellbeing of people in their own homes and communities. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care while working collaboratively with a supportive multidisciplinary team. About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care, support clients with complex health needs, and contribute to positive health outcomes. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, participating in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and promoting best-practice patient care.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in community nursing or a similar clinical setting
  • Strong assessment, clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Understanding of caring for clients with complex needs in the community
  • Current NSW Driver Licence
