The Account Executive plays a key role in supporting the Sales and Marketing teams through promotional planning, customer support, forecasting, reporting, and data management. Working closely with the National Account Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the smooth execution of commercial activities while maintaining accurate product, pricing, and promotional information. What You´ll Do

  • Support the National Account Manager with customer communications, account administration, and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain customer discount structures, pricing information, and key account contact databases.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Assist with the preparation of customer presentations, marketing documentation, product submissions, and campaign execution.
  • Coordinate promotional calendars, submissions, and activities for key accounts and wholesalers.
  • Prepare promotional offers, manage approval processes, and ensure accurate setup of promotions within Salesforce.
  • Maintain product master data, including product codes, pricing, product updates, and order forms.
  • Monitor and report on promotional performance, sales results, and key commercial metrics to support decision-making.

What makes you a good fit

  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a National Account Executive, State Account Management, or similar FMCG and/or Hair & Beauty role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver effective presentations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
