ASCOT GROUP

About Ascot Group

Ascot Group is a national minor-works construction and facilities management company, delivering high-quality outcomes for some of Australia's leading asset owners and service providers. With offices in Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney, we partner with major clients across the commercial, retail, health, and government sectors to deliver refurbishment, fit-out, and facilities works on time, on budget, and to an exacting standard.

Our strength lies in our people. We combine genuine trade and site-level expertise with strong commercial discipline and a relationship-driven approach to account management. From food-court refreshes and healthcare upgrades to secure government facilities, we take pride in tackling complex, fast-moving projects and getting the details right.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented professionals who share our commitment to quality, safety, and client service to help shape the next stage of our journey.

About the Role

Based in South Australia, this is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of minor-works and refurbishment projects from pre-tender through to handover. Working closely with our account and delivery teams, you'll be responsible for managing programme, budget, subcontractors, and client relationships across multiple concurrent projects throughout the region, while maintaining the high safety and quality standards our clients expect.

You'll bring a strong commercial mindset, sound knowledge of construction delivery and WHS obligations, and the ability to keep fast-moving jobs on track. Experience in fit-out, retail, healthcare, or government works will be highly regarded. Above all, you'll be someone who takes pride in clear communication, getting the details right, and delivering for the client every time.

If you're ready to make your mark with a growing national contractor that values both trade-level know-how and commercial rigour, we'd love to hear from you.
