The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor with approximately 2+ years' PAE to join the Brisbane-based Public Liability team.

Working alongside a highly regarded Partner and a team of experienced insurance practitioners, you will be involved in a broad range of public liability and general insurance matters, acting for insurers and insured clients across a diverse range of claims and disputes.

The role offers excellent client exposure, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to further develop your technical and commercial skills within a highly regarded national practice.

The Right Person

You will be a defendant insurance lawyer with experience in public liability matters and a genuine passion for client service and working as part of a collaborative team.

You will ideally demonstrate:

• approximately 2+ years' PAE in defendant insurance, particularly public liability matters;
• the ability to manage matters with an increasing level of autonomy while working under the guidance of senior practitioners;
• strong relationship-building and communication skills; and
• a practical, commercial approach together with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
