AWS Connect Support Engineer | 12-Month Contract | Melbourne | Hybrid
We're looking for an experienced AWS Connect Support Engineer to join a Melbourne-based organization on a 12-month fixed-term contract — hybrid flexibility on offer.
The Role: You'll be the go-to for day-to-day BAU support of AWS Connect and associated contact center services — keeping the platform healthy, resolving production issues, and working closely with tech and business teams to drive stability.
What You'll Be Doing
→ BAU support for AWS Connect — monitoring, health checks, and availability
→ Investigate and resolve production issues with solid root cause analysis
→ Manage contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and user admin
→ Support deployments, config changes, and production releases (including occasional out-of-hours)
→ Maintain integrations with CRM, APIs, and broader AWS services
→ Collaborate with Contact Centre Ops, Infrastructure, and Dev teams
What You'll Bring
→ Hands-on AWS Connect experience in a production environment
→ Strong AWS cloud knowledge (Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, DynamoDB etc.)
→ CRM and API integration experience
→ Sharp troubleshooting and RCA skills
→ Great communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
