Over the past three years, the company has expanded its operations through a dedicated manufacturing facility, with a strong focus on fencing, gates, and related construction solutions.About Fencing Industry:The Australian fencing industry is a large and growing market valued at approximately $1 billion annually, offering significant opportunities for innovation, branding, and business growth.About the Role:We are seeking a Marketing Supervisor to lead and coordinate all marketing activities across the business.Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and continuously improving the company’s marketing initiatives. You will also coordinate with external contractors, agencies, and marketing service providers to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong analytical capabilities, commercial awareness, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy.Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Coordinate and supervise external marketing contractors and agencies.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Improve lead generation performance and conversion rates.Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for management.Support branding, content creation, and customer acquisition initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:Strong understanding of marketing principles including STP, 4Ps, and Market Research.Experience with Google marketing platforms including:Google AdsGoogle Tag ManagerGoogle Search ConsoleGoogle AnalyticsStrong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), particularly for ChatGPT and Gemini.Familiarity with Meta advertising platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred:Experience in construction, home improvement, manufacturing, landscaping, or fencing industries.Experience working with agencies and external marketing suppliers.Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation platformsWork Arrangement:This is a fully remote position.All meetings, reporting, and collaboration activities are conducted online.The successful candidate must be available during Melbourne business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST/AEDT).Applicants may be located anywhere; however, reliable internet access and the ability to work consistently within Melbourne business hours are mandatory.How to ApplyIf you believe you are the right fit for this role and can make a meaningful contribution to our team, we would love to hear from you.Please send your resume and cover letter to:***email_hidden*** your cover letter, please explain why you believe you are suitable for this position, what relevant experience and skills you bring, and how you believe you can help our team to achieve its goals.
