This role will see you working in a highly regarded, close knit and friendly Real Estate team under the guidance of a very well regarded Partner. This varied role will see you working on a broad range of Property and Conveyancing matters, acting for both buys and sellers on quality and complex transactions.

Each day will be interesting and varied with duties including:

  • Managing files from start to finish
  • Preparing, reviewing and assisting with legal documentation
  • Liaising with all parties and stakeholders
  • Undertaking searches and due diligence

Requirements

To meet expectations in this role, you are required to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Commercial Property Paralegal
  • An understanding of Commercial Property Law concepts and processes, with strong drafting and document management skills
  • Strict attention to detail, strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • A keen, motivated approach with strong communication skills
