We're Hiring | Client Engagement & Intake Coordinator | Full-Time | Hybrid – Brisbane

Bharosa Community Services is looking for an experienced and motivated Client Engagement & Intake Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Brisbane. You'll manage NDIS participant intake and onboarding, develop individualised service plans, supervise a remote support team, and build referral networks across the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for new NDIS participants
  • Manage intake, assessments, care planning, and service coordination
  • Build and maintain relationships with LACs, Support Coordinators, and referral partners
  • Represent Bharosa at community events and expos
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in NDIS coordination, intake, or a similar role
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Nursing, Community Services, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS funding, Quality Indicators, and Practice Standards
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
