Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and committed Casual Teachers to join our team, delivering high-quality instruction in:

• VCE English
• TESOL (adult learners)

Opportunities exist for one-to-one tuition and small class teaching in person or online.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with curriculum requirements
• Support students to build confidence, skills, and academic outcomes
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs
• Monitor and provide feedback on student progress
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with the Hendersons team to ensure a consistent, high-quality student experience
• A relevant teaching qualification (required)
• Experience teaching VCE English and/or TESOL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners across varying ability levels
• Well-organised with strong time management skills

Availability

• Availability to teach on weekday evenings is essential
