BLACKROC is currently recruiting for an experienced Identity and Access Management Officer to support a large enterprise government environment. This role will suit a hands-on IAM professional with experience across identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorisation, federation technologies and enterprise IAM platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager / FIM, Active Directory, Ping Identity, PingFederate or PingAccess.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operation, maintenance and enhancement of enterprise IAM systems
• Manage user lifecycle, provisioning, deprovisioning and access governance activities
• Configure and support authentication, authorisation and access controls
• Assist with onboarding applications into IAM and federation platforms
• Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and service requests
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer and process improvement

About you

You will bring:

• Experience working in Identity and Access Management within a large ICT environment
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as MIM/FIM, Active Directory, Ping Identity or similar
• Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth, federation and identity lifecycle management
• Experience supporting application integrations and access governance processes
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, Microsoft MIM/FIM, Optimal IdM, .NET, C#, Java, PowerShell or SQL will be highly regarded.
