With a strong focus on growth, innovation, and customer outcomes, we are seeking a Group Parts Manager to lead and drive retail parts performance across our network.

This is a key leadership role focused on delivering strategic initiatives, strengthening customer engagement, and improving profitability across all dealerships.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Aftersales and Branch Operations, the Group Parts Manager plays a critical role in driving retail growth through marketing, operational alignment, and team capability development.

You will work closely with Parts Managers and the Group Parts Inventory Manager to deliver consistent processes, lead group-wide initiatives, and maximise parts performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Marketing & Growth

  • Lead and execute national parts marketing and product support initiatives
  • Drive retail sales growth, pricing strategies, and customer engagement
  • Oversee eCommerce growth and online parts sales opportunities
  • Support corporate and fleet account development

Leadership & Capability Development

  • Build capability across Parts teams through training and development
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of Parts employees
  • Create consistency across branches through strong leadership and coaching

Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as a key communication leader for parts initiatives across the group
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practice between branches

Operational Performance

  • Partner with inventory leadership to maximise profitability and reduce aged stock
  • Support quoting, database accuracy, and consistent processes
  • Contribute to group-wide strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

Supplier & Market Engagement

  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and product knowledge
  • Monitor market trends and drive competitive advantage across regions

You are a commercially minded leader with strong experience in parts, aftersales, or dealership environments. You thrive on driving results, building high-performing teams, and delivering consistent outcomes across multiple locations.
