Mental Health and Wellbeing Support
MYnd & Me
Nice to Meet You
Embark on an exhilarating career journey that's not just about making a difference, but also having a blast along the way! Join our dynamic team where passion and a growth mindset are highly encouraged. About Us
Based in the heart of Logan and Southeast Queensland, we're not your average mental health support and wellbeing provider – we're better!
We are a small but skilled team of experienced, qualified specialists, who have a lived or learned understanding of mental health and/or being neurospicey.
At MYnd & Me, we're not just about ticking off boxes – we're all about tailoring our approach to our clients, whether that be NDIS participants, private clients or organisations. We take a personalised approach to mental health support, adopting a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective. Whether clients are navigating psychosocial disabilities, proudly neurodiverse, or just juggling the rollercoaster of everyday challenges, we've got their back.
Our mission is to create a team dedicated to supporting and boosting the wellbeing of our clients and their support system. We're all about building up resilience, unlocking potential and helping clients live their best life, whatever that looks like for them.
So, join us on this adventure, help us in breaking stigma, embracing differences and create a community where everyone has a team that understands, cares, and cheers them on. We believe that every individual deserves a village that's not just supportive but downright awesome!
