About the Role

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to our Perth Claims, helping ensure the smooth and efficient management of claims and member services. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

The role is working 2 days per week (Weds and Fri).

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Claims team
  • Process invoices and corporate credit card statements accurately and efficiently
  • Draft correspondence to members with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and manage incoming phone enquiries
  • Maintain and organise documentation, including medical records and case files
  • Support the coordination of travel arrangements and team events/functions

Key Capabilities Required (Qualifications, Experience And Skills)

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role within an insurance or legal environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of Health Law
