Marketing Executive

HIR Talent is partnering with a well-established, design-led property group to appoint a Marketing Executive to join their growing Brisbane team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with property experience to work across a portfolio of multi-residential developments, supporting the delivery of high-profile projects from launch through to completion.

Key responsibilities include

• Assisting with the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns

• Coordinating creative, digital and production partners to execute campaigns

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support project strategy

• Managing project marketing collateral, content and digital initiatives

• Supporting project launches, community engagement activities and client events

• Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations

• Collaborating closely with development, sales and leasing teams

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience in property marketing or a related industry

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• A proactive and collaborative approach to working across multiple projects
