We're currently partnering with a well-established general engineering company in Kilsyth that has a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering quality fabrication projects across Victoria.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to bring on skilled MIG Welders who take pride in their work and can hit the ground running on a mild steel fabrication project.

If you're someone who values steady work, a supportive workshop environment, and takes real ownership of precision welding, this could be the role for you.

Your new role

You'll be working within a busy and well-organised workshop, responsible for:

• MIG welding mild steel components to a high standard
• Working from technical drawings and specifications
• Ensuring welds meet quality and tolerance requirements
• Supporting general workshop operations as needed

This is hands-on, consistent work, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools and producing quality output.

What you'll need to succeed

We're keen to speak with welders who bring:

• Solid experience in MIG welding (essential)
• Demonstrated ability to weld with precision and consistency
• Experience working with mild steel projects
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Your own relevant tools + adflo mask
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety

Candidates with a background in general engineering or fabrication workshops will be highly regarded.
