Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

  • Eligible to apply for Supervised Practice arrangements with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) prior to the agreed date for commencement and enrollment in the National Intern Training Program for pharmacists.
  • Provide a detailed example demonstrating the identification and resolution of a medication-related issue, including clinical reasoning, actions taken and the outcome for the patient.
  • Describe a situation in which a gap in knowledge was independently identified during a clinical placement or academic setting, including the steps taken to address the gap and the application of the learning.
  • Provide an example demonstrating the application of ethical and legal principles in pharmacy practice, including the factors influencing decision-making and the outcome.
