Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Buyer to join our team on-site at our office located on the idyllic Gold Coast in Helensvale.

Responsibilities

• Managing supplier and customer relationships
• Forecasting and purchasing
• Monitoring stock levels
• Reviewing customer trends
• Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers and products
• Evaluating supplier performance
• Managing major account range planning in collaboration with retail buyers
• Supporting inventory management strategies
• Negotiation of contracts, costs and product allocations

The role will also involve collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth supply chain process and align procurement decisions with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills to evaluate supplier performance and manage procurement processes.
• Experience in supplier negotiations, purchase order management, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and familiarity with supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.
• Ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management are highly desirable.
• Excel proficiency and attention to detail.
• Experience within the pop culture industry highly preferred.
• A passion for tabletop games, collectibles, or gaming-related products is a plus.
