With a strong pipeline of work and continued national growth, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Estimating Lead to take ownership of strategic tenders, lead a high-performing team and play a key role in securing the next generation of energy infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team of 4–5 estimators
• Proven experience estimating substation, transmission, or high-voltage infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of EPC, Design & Construct, or utility delivery models
• Ability to develop detailed cost estimates, tenders, and bid submissions for complex infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
