As Head of Sales, you'll own the go-to-market strategy, lead and develop a talented sales team, and drive sustainable revenue growth across A/NZ. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves building—strategy, systems, culture and people.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and execute the ANZ sales strategy
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team
  • Build scalable sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
  • Drive complex enterprise-level opportunities and key customer relationships
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery teams
  • Use data and insights to optimise performance and unlock growth

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success leading and scaling a SaaS sales team.
  • Experience selling to and an understanding of the K-12 Education sector.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth in complex sales environments
  • Expertise in sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style
  • Experience in education technology or selling into the education sector is highly regarded
