As Head of Sales, you'll own the go-to-market strategy, lead and develop a talented sales team, and drive sustainable revenue growth across A/NZ. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves building—strategy, systems, culture and people.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and execute the ANZ sales strategy
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team
- Build scalable sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Drive complex enterprise-level opportunities and key customer relationships
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery teams
- Use data and insights to optimise performance and unlock growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven success leading and scaling a SaaS sales team.
- Experience selling to and an understanding of the K-12 Education sector.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth in complex sales environments
- Expertise in sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style
- Experience in education technology or selling into the education sector is highly regarded
