Permanent Full-Time | South of the River | Office Based

We're partnering with a well-known Australian household name to recruit an experienced Credit Officer to join their finance team in a permanent full-time role.

This is a hands-on position focused on managing major customer accounts, supporting revenue collection, resolving account queries, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payment allocations and customer account administration for major accounts
• Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and weekly customer reporting
• Complete monthly account reconciliations and ledger reviews
• Investigate and resolve claims, disputes, and outstanding account issues
• Process journals and manage adjustments
• Respond to customer queries and follow up overdue items
• Support audit requests, archiving, and general finance administration

About you

• Previous experience in credit, accounts receivable, or collections
• Strong reconciliation and account management skills
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Confident working with customer queries, disputes, and aged debt
