Full Job Description

TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established commercial builder to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator for projects across the Perth metro area.

This role suits a Contracts Administrator who enjoys structure, being close to delivery teams, and working on well-planned commercial projects. You’ll be part of a professional commercial team, supporting project delivery from procurement through to final account.

The builder is known for realistic programs, clear processes, and strong internal support—making this a solid long-term opportunity for a capable CA.

About the Role

You’ll support the commercial delivery of one or more commercial projects, working closely with Project Managers and site teams to manage contracts, costs, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Administer head contracts and subcontracts from award to final account

· Manage procurement, progress claims, and variations

· Track project costs and assist with forecasting and reporting

· Maintain accurate contract, cost, and compliance records

· Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

· Support commercial decision-making and risk management

About You

· Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction

· Strong understanding of procurement, contracts, and cost control

· Experience working with Tier 2 builders highly regarded

· Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware

· Confident communicator who works well within project teams

· Perth-based with full Australian working rights
