We are hiring in our Event and Membership Delivery Team in Perth. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences through the seamless coordination of CEDA’s events program and membership operations.
About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating high-quality face-to-face, hybrid and digital events that connect Australia’s most influential leaders and decision-makers. You will manage event logistics, suppliers, budgets, ticketing and communications while also supporting membership administration, CRM management and member engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering outstanding experiences.
You’ll love this role if you are:
- you are a proactive events professional with exceptional organisational skills and demonstrated success delivering face-to-face, hybrid and digital events
- customer-focused and confident in engaging at all levels
- A team player, with a collaborative approach and willingness to try new things
- digitally savvy with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- an interest in business, economic and public policy issues.
