EA to Real Estate Agent

MARQ Property is a results-driven real estate agency operating across Canberra.

I'm Vince — lead agent — and I'm building a team and looking for someone who is serious about real estate as a career. This full-time role sits right at the centre of the operation, working directly alongside me across sales, client management, and the day-to-day running of the business.

Quick but important: this is a full-time, on-site role based in Canberra. You'll need full working rights in Australia and to already be living in Canberra (or relocating here at your own arrangement). We're not offering visa sponsorship or relocation.

• Working directly with me across listings, campaigns, and client communications

• Managing contracts, compliance documentation, and settlement coordination

• Coordinating open homes, appraisal bookings, and vendor reporting

• Out-of-office appointments and property visits — a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential

• CRM management and database maintenance

• General support as the business scales

What we're looking for:

• Full working rights in Australia, and Canberra-based

• Previous experience in real estate — sales, sales admin, property management, or similar

• Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail

• Clear communicator who follows through without being chased

• Current driver's licence and own vehicle

• Current ACT Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)

• Someone who sees this as a career move, not just a job
