The ICAMHS/Safeguards team provides rapid mental health assessment and brief intervention to children and young people (0–17 years) experiencing acute mental health distress, and their support networks.Clinicians deliver timely, crisis-focused care, including comprehensive assessment, risk management and short-term intervention aimed at stabilisation, strengthening supports and facilitating access to ongoing care. The role also includes holding a small ICAMHS caseload for ongoing therapeutic intervention.

In this role you will manage a clinical caseload, contribute to recovery-oriented treatment planning, and participate in intake and multidisciplinary care.
