What you’ll be doing
Based in Kwinana with regular travel to sites across WA, you’ll partner with leaders and frontline teams to embed a proactive safety culture, support projects end-to-end, and ensure WHS compliance.
- Provide practical HSE advice and coaching to site teams
- Support and maintain HSQE systems, processes & documentation
- Assist with incident investigations, audits & reporting
- Help develop safe work procedures and project HSE plans
- Coordinate training, inductions and competency records Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive safety culture
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a similar HSE/WHS role (construction, mining or industrial preferred)
- Working knowledge of WA WHS legislation and standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with incident investigations and safety systems
- Relevant WHS qualifications (or working towards) Driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites
