What you’ll be doing

Based in Kwinana with regular travel to sites across WA, you’ll partner with leaders and frontline teams to embed a proactive safety culture, support projects end-to-end, and ensure WHS compliance.

  • Provide practical HSE advice and coaching to site teams
  • Support and maintain HSQE systems, processes & documentation
  • Assist with incident investigations, audits & reporting
  • Help develop safe work procedures and project HSE plans
  • Coordinate training, inductions and competency records
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive safety culture

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in a similar HSE/WHS role (construction, mining or industrial preferred)
  • Working knowledge of WA WHS legislation and standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience with incident investigations and safety systems
  • Relevant WHS qualifications (or working towards)
  • Driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites
