Application Support Specialist

Key Requirements
- Engineering Graduate (Mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and Excel
- Basic understanding of SQL/databases
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support and resolve user issues
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot incidents
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards
- Analyze data and generate business reports
- Coordinate with technical and business teams for issue resolution
- Ensure data accuracy and system reliability
Preferred Skills: SQL, Excel, Reporting Tools (Power BI/Tableau), Ticketing Systems.
