Key Requirements

  • Engineering Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and Excel
  • Basic understanding of SQL/databases
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support and resolve user issues
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot incidents
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards
  • Analyze data and generate business reports
  • Coordinate with technical and business teams for issue resolution
  • Ensure data accuracy and system reliability

Preferred Skills: SQL, Excel, Reporting Tools (Power BI/Tableau), Ticketing Systems.
